If you have a particular area of interest or just fancy trying something new then try a PADI specialty scuba diving course. Diving courses range in length from one or two days and cover many areas of interest including wreck diving, DPVs (underwater scooters) and underwater photography.

Boat diving is probably the most common method of diving yet how much do you actually know about boats? Now is your chance to find out. Over the course of one day learn about common boat terminology, categories of dive boats, plus dive planning and procedures for different boat types. Your ultimate task is to plan and execute two dives for the specific boat that you will be diving from.

Deep Diver
Ever been on a dive holiday but had to miss out on a great site because it was considered too deep for you to go to? Heard of a wreck at 30 metres plus that you'd like to visit but is beyond your current experience levels. Now is the time to change all that by diving to the maximum depth limits for recreational divers whilst being aware of the risks and understanding the procedures to follow to ensure a safe dive.

Digital Underwater Photographer
Never taken pictures underwater but want to record those special moments? Ever looked at your photos after a dive and wondered what you were supposed to have photographed? Now is the chance to learn the tips and tricks to underwater photography, from the basics of camera set up and maintenance to positioning and buoyancy techniques. We'll even throw in some info on photo editing, the way to improving your photos by 500% or more with a few simple clicks!
Price: 8,400 baht per person - includes private instruction, one boat trip, certification costs, manual to keep, equipment rental including underwater digital camera , computer use, CD of pictures.
Diver Propulsion Vehicle (Underwater Scooters)
Remember those James Bond films with underwater chases on scooters, baddie and hero alike zooming through the water in full scuba gear? Well now is your chance to experience the thrill of using these machines for yourself. Speed along and see parts of dive sites never seen before. Test out your handling skills with twists and turns and loop-the-loops. The most fun experience you'll ever have underwater!

Drift Diver
Ever felt like a salmon battling upstream against the current? Wanted to just lie back and relax and head downstream? Now is your chance to learn and practice techniques for diving in currents and drifting along. Plan your entry and exit points, practice descents and ascents whilst drifting along and also how to use surface floats. Go on, jump in and go with the flow!

Enriched Air Diver (Nitrox)
Ever had to come up shallower just when you spotted something of interest, or been forced to cut short a superb dive? And all because you were running out of no decompression time? Then extend your bottom time by diving with Nitrox, a gas mix with a greater oxygen content than normal air. Dive deeper for longer!

Fish Identification Diver
Ever finished a dive and tried to explain to your divemaster something unusual that you spotted only to realise that your description of colourful with stripes could fit a thousand fish? Then now is the time to learn how to identify members of the major fish families. Practice your artistic skills by drawing that elusive fish underwater and then identifying it after the dive. Multi-level Diver
Ever found your dive time restricted by the use of dive tables? Want to know how to estimate and extend your dive time whilst staying within your safety limits? Night Diver
Want to experience the true colours of the reef? Want to see marine life never experienced before? Then time to take your night diver specialty. Peak Performance Buoyancy
Ever admired the ease and grace with which your divemaster moves through the water? Ever wondered how that underwater photographer hung motionless as he lined up the photo? Well now is the chance to learn the tips and tricks to help you improve your buoyancy. With fun and games underwater designed to help you practice your buoyancy control you'll soon be hanging upside down without a problem.

Project AWARE
Project AWARE is an organisation dedicated to preserving underwater environments worldwide though eduacation and action. Learn about aquatic ecosystems and what you can do to help protect and susyaint them including reef monitoring techniques.

Search and Recovery
Ever dropped something valuable during a dive and not been able to find it? Ever fancied searching for "buried" treasure around your local reefs. Then try out Search and Recovery. As well as practicing a large variety of search patterns you'll also learn how to recover large objects from the bottom with the use of a lift bag. Your best chance to discover something new!

Sea Turtle

Ever listened to other divers discussing marine life that you've never even heard of. Not sure whether corals are plants or animals? Now is the time to brush up and improve your knowledge of the marine environment. Learn the difference between vertebrates, invertebrates and plants and determine which is which underwater. Underwater Navigator
Ever wonder where you are on a dive site and how your divemaster always manages to get back to the starting point? Tried to navigate yourself but got hopelessly lost? Focusing mainly on compass navigation with some natural navigation too, you will ultimately guide yourself around a pre-set course and hopefully end up back at the beginning! Whale Shark Awareness
