The Junk

The air conditioned inside dining area is large enough to seat everyone on the boat at the same time. All meals are served in this area buffet-style. All foods are freshly cooked with a mix of both Thai and Western cuisine. This area can also be used as a saloon for relaxing in between dives and also for preparing camera equipment and watching your "results" later on.

The main deck is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy this unique liveaboard. Take a siesta, read a book or just watch the world go by as you move through the water. You can even dine out here "al fresco". This area is generally shaded. A liveaboard experience unique to the Junk is the raising of her three sails. All in all a completely different liveaboard experience!

The main sun deck is also a great place for chilling out. This raised area at the bow of the liveaboard allows for wonderful views of the Similans Islands plus the stars at night. Take a cool drink after your dives and enjoy your time in paradise!

Unlike other Similans liveaboards, there is no dive deck as such on the Junk. Instead equipment is placed into a dinghy and you are dropped off at the dive site. Equipment is set up on the main deck prior to the dives. Staff will always be on-hand to help you with any needs or requests.
